About Me

Hi! I'm Lindsay. I, too, know what it’s like to feel lousy and not know why. And to then have a diagnosis and not know where to go from there. I have also felt like I’ve tried all the things without much success. I understand the frustrations of wanting a body that works better and feels better!

I kept pushing for answers and working on myself so that I can better help you! I know now, more than ever, that food, nutrition and lifestyle can play a major role in many medical issues and diseases. These are powerful tools that are too often overlooked.

I'm a registered dietitian and lover of fitness, food, traveling and Kansas City. I love tacos and anything coconut. I really love coconut. I'm also a mom, step-mom, wife, home cook and someone just trying to find my way in the world.  You can find me cheering for my son on the baseball field, watching sports, listening to music or podcasts and walking my dog, Ace.

I am not perfect and I don't claim to have all the answers. I am passionate and I love to help and motivate others to be their best. I am here to help you overcome challenges and anything else holding you back from being the best you. I am here to help you put all of the pieces of the puzzle together to feel better and take back your life and your health.

My Background

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Missouri State University and completed an accredited Dietetic Internship from the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences. I began my career as a community Dietitian for WIC in the Kansas City metro area, where my focus was on 1:1 counseling and motivational interviewing as well as managing staff. I also hold a Certificate in Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management and am a Certified LEAP Therapist. After leaving my WIC position I thought I was ready for a career change but after some soul searching I know that I'm not done helping people. It is what feeds my soul and fuels my fire so here I am ready to help you.
