During the initial appointment, I do a comprehensive assessment of your health and medical history, eating habits, daily routine, and nutrition goals. This includes a review of your nutrition assessment, labs, meds and supplements prior to the appointment. We will then work together to develop strategies to set you up for success. You will also be provided with an individualized list of recommendations to get you started.

During the follow-up appointment we will discuss barriers and challenges so you can make further progress in achieving your goals. We will follow-up on previous goals discussed.
