Hi, I’m Lindsay!

Hi! I'm Lindsay. I, too, know what it’s like to feel lousy and not know why. And then have a diagnosis and not know where to go from there. I have also felt like I’ve tried all the things without much success. I understand the frustrations of wanting a body that works better and feels better!

After my hypothyroidism diagnosis, I was given no information and a prescription to pick up at the pharmacy. I kept pushing for answers and working on myself so that I can now better help you!

I know now, more than ever, that food, nutrition and lifestyle can play a major role in many health issues and diseases, including those involving the thyroid. These are powerful tools that are too often overlooked. I want you to have these tools too!

My search for better healthcare led me to functional medicine and a different way to think about health and nutrition. Through functional nutrition trainings, books, webinars and more, I’ve been able to create individualized plans to help women increase energy and improve nagging symptoms while improving their overall thyroid health.

Through this work, I’ve been able to

  • improve my energy levels

  • decrease anxiety

  • ditch the diet mentality

  • and improve my thyroid lab markers

I’m passionate about health and I love to help and motivate others to be and feel their best. I’m here to help you put all of the puzzle pieces together to feel better and take back your life and your health. You are worth it!

*I love to travel! Our favorite places we’ve been so far include Caye Caulker, Belize, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, and Breckenridge, Colorado. Spain is on my bucket list!

*I can juggle!

*My favorite food is anything Mexican! I love fajitas, enchiladas, guacamole, tacos, all.the.things!

*My favorite music is a tie between hip-hop and jazz. Very different but I love them both!
